- We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction or technical issues, as a 7-day free trial is available for users to evaluate our platform before committing to a paid subscription.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, users must:
- Email us at support@qwazio.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include the following details in the email:
- Full Name
- Email Address associated with the account
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for the Refund Request
Refund Process
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days of submission.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the approval date.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window.
- Dissatisfaction due to reasons that fall under the user’s responsibility, such as not canceling the subscription before the billing period.
- Refund requests for the Basic Plan ($9.99/month) or Premium Plan ($99/year) unless fraud is detected.
