3. **Referral Tracking**: Qwazio.com will track referrals made through your unique affiliate URL or QR code using cookies. Referrals must make a purchase within 30 days of clicking on your affiliate link in order for you to receive credit for the sale.

4. **Payment**: Commissions will be paid out on a weekly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $20. Payments will be made via PayPal or other agreed-upon payment methods. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information to receive your commissions.

5. **Prohibited Activities**: You agree not to engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical practices to generate referrals. This includes, but is not limited to, creating fake accounts, spamming, or misleading potential customers about the nature of the referral.

6. **Promotional Materials**: Qwazio.com may provide you with promotional materials, such as banners, graphics, and sample text, to help you promote our services. You may only use approved promotional materials in accordance with these terms and conditions.

7. **Termination**: Qwazio.com reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.

8. **Modification**: Qwazio.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the program will be communicated to affiliates via email or through the affiliate portal.
